Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

No Cancellations or Refunds

• All registrations made for Athleto events are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

• Once the registration fee is paid, it cannot be refunded, transferred, or adjusted against any future event or participant.

• This policy applies to:

  • Change of personal plans or schedule conflicts

  • Inability to attend due to travel, health, or other commitments

  • Mistaken or duplicate registration

  • Ineligibility due to age, documentation, or other factors

 

Event Cancellation by Organizers

• In the rare case that Athleto cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues), registered participants will be notified, and we will attempt to reschedule the event.

• No refunds will be issued, but participants will be offered an alternative date or city selection.

 

Note to Participants

We value your commitment and encourage you to register only if you are sure of your availability on the selection day. Our team works hard to organize professional trials, and your registration helps us maintain high standards of planning and delivery.
